Nipissing Cranberry Maple

We pick the cranberries locally and infuse it in our Maple Syrup for a sweet, slightly tart variation that is adaptable to any recipe with maple syrup.  It is good on pancakes, waffles, french toast, as a glaze on ham or chicken, on baked brie or in a vinaigrette.
