1 cup Maple Sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tbs. water
2 cups white flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Maple sprinkles (optional)
Cream butter & sugars. Add beaten egg, water. Mix flour & baking powder. Add to creamed mixture. cool in fridge for 30 minutes. Roll to 1/8 inch. Cut out cookies, top with maple sprinkles & place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 5-7 minutes.
